The Japan Workshop organized by Lean Associates Singapore was indeed an eye-opening experience. The tour was well organized, informative with a good mix of practical hands-on exercises, factory tours and knowledge sharing.
Mr. Dirk and Ms. Aino were excellent hosts with good knowledge of Lean. I look forward to working with them again in future.
