Lean Associates Singapore (LAS) helped us to change the mindset of our employees. In a first step the consistent training strategy of LAS made sure that regarding Lean we all speak the same language– from top management to shopfloor. In the meantime our Lean-Experts, also educated by LAS are empowered to continuously provide Lean training to our staff internally.

Over and above LAS gave us initial-aid by co-moderating Lean workshops. This gave us the required self-confidence to further drive the continuous improvement process. This way of training and hands-on support to empower our own staff is exactly what we need to become and remain the number one in our business.
